Owner Profile: Steve Bradshaw

Steve has been in the business of improving Quality Systems for over 18 years.  After graduating from Keele University, Staffordshire, England in 1988 with an Honors Degree in Mathematics, Steve emigrated to the United States and began his career as a design engineer for Wheaton Industries, specializing in injection-blown molded plastic containers for the pharmaceutical industry.  Shortly after that, Steve became an adjunct professor for a local community college and continued to teach math for a number of years at the college while becoming a quality expert for Kimble Glass, Inc.  Kimble Glass is now known as Gerresheimer Glass, Inc.  During his time at Kimble Glass, Steve installed many SPC and quality improvement systems across a wide array of business units from handmade Scientific glassware to high speed Pharma vial & ampul manufacturing production lines with the latest in vision technologies.  Steve was also asked to write a complete Six Sigma course for Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ in 2002 which has since been successfully deployed in many different industries.  Steve's most recent position for the past 4 years was as the Director of Quality Systems for the Pharma business unit of Gerresheimer Glass with responsibility of more than $90MM USD sales.  Now Steve has embarked on a full time consulting career with the goal to provide many different industries the ability to successfully install or improve their Quality Systems.  He resides in Ventnor, NJ with his wife, Donna and son, Jack.
